Australia – Domestic Shipping
All domestic orders under $99 will be charged at a flat shipping rate of $8. IF YOU SPEND OVER $99, SHIPPING IS FREE.
Depending on your location, orders sent within Australia will be dispatched using Australia Post. For up to date delivery turnaround times to your area, please see the Australia Post website.
Orders will be dispatched the day after the order is placed unless we are out of stock. In this case, we will inform you of when new stock will be available. Orders made on a Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday and orders made on a public holiday will be processed on the closest relevant day. Orders will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours pending credit verification.
At peak times, if for any reason we are expecting delays, our sales team will keep you updated.
International Shipping
International shipping orders will be charged according to the order destination. All international orders will be dispatched using Registered International Air Mail. We will inform you of the expected delivery date.

You may be liable for import and/or customs duties on your order and will be responsible for paying these duties to release your order from customs upon arrival.

RETURNS / EXCHANGE
If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased we are happy for you to do so providing it meets the following requirements.
– The item must be in its original condition (new, unused, unworn, unaltered or unwashed)
– All garment tags must still be attached to the item.
– No returns are accepted on discounted or sale stock. However, products that are deemed to be faulty due to a manufacturing fault can be refunded the full purchase price minus the shipping cost.
Returned items that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to you at your own expense.
We require all items to be returned within 14 days from the date of issue of your. Returned items received after the 14 day time frame will be assessed at the discretion of the PLANE CLOTHES Store.
How to return/exchange
– Within 48 hours of receiving your order, email us at contact@planeclothes.com.au, to request a return/exchange.
– Please provide a brief explanation of your return/exchange, including the product number. We will endeavour to fix your problem if we can.
– Once your return request is authorised, you will be required to send the goods back to the below address.

– Once a returned item has been received, it will undergo a quality review. Once cleared, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges), or a refund on the cost at purchase (excluding if applicable, original shipping cost) directly to the credit card used for the purchase. You will receive an email confirmation or phone call regarding this.
Important information
Initial shipping charges for returned goods are not refundable, unless the item is found to be faulty. Your own return postage costs are not refundable.
We recommend that you try on all items on receipt to ensure that you are able, if required, to exchange or return the items to us within the required 14 day time frame.
We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense.
