Are all your products made to order?

Predominately yes, all our PRE - designed products are made to order just for you. However we may stock some other brands on the site they do hold stock in small batches.

Where are your products made?

Are products are made by small family owned factories and Artisan/Craftsmen based in Indonesia. We love working and supporting our production partners in this ever changing and challenging world we live in.

How long will my order take?

We ship all our orders from our production partners to Melbourne every fortnight where they are then double checked for quality control purposes. After this they are shipped direct to your door.

Domestic

Production time : 1 - 2 weeks

Shipping: 1 week (Australia)

Total: 3 - 4 weeks

International

Production time : 1 - 2 weeks

Shipping: 1 - 2 week

Total: 4 -5 weeks

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order please let us know within 24 hrs of making the purchase.

How long does shipping usual take?

We ship all our orders from our production partners to Melbourne every fortnight where they are then double checked for quality control purposes. After this they are shipped direct to your door.

Can I get my order faster?

This is dependant on the product you are after and how busy we are at the time.

If it is possible then we can arrange to have your order couriered over faster at a charge of $50AUD.

Please note, at this stage Knitwear can not be expedited.

How can I track my order?

When you product is on the move you will received an email with your tracking details. If you have not received any correspondence and it has been over 3 weeks since you placed your order please click here to get in touch.

Can I return my order?

Due to the fact all PRE- products are made to order we can not accept returns unless the item is deemed to be incorrect or faulty.

If your purchase was made from Ready Stock then we do accept returns for exchange or refunds excluding the shipping costs.
